the location worked really well for my travel plans. it was quite close to the tram station. the staff was genuinely helpful and they were friendly.
the room was a little small, i had to squeeze past the bed. there were no hangers available. the air con wasn't very effective, and the street noise was audible.

the location was decent, with easy access to public transport.
I found the room quite disappointing. It was small. the bathroom flooded every time i showered because of the bad design. the balcony was also unusable as it was very dirty (i really wanted to enjoy the outside space).

the coffee machine was a welcome addition. the shower was hot and the bathroom is modern.
the staff did not seem to be very friendly! we were 4 people and they gave us one room card.
